The Cotton House Spa has four treatment rooms, a relaxation room with stunning sea views and a specialist beauty salon offering a range of holistic and beauty treatments.
We are expanding our offering at the Wellness Centre and now offer a wide range of classes, from yoga and meditation, to personal training and swim lessons. Group fitness classes are available from Monday to Friday or individual personal training sessions on request. Grant Wolf has recently joined the Wellness team at The Cotton House from Australia. As a certified personal fitness trainer, yoga and meditation teacher, swim instructor and physical therapist he has over over fifteen years experience in Fitness & Wellbeing.
The island boasts a number of fitness and hiking trails, with a choice of early morning walking trails with our resident nature guide, or running and cycling trails for those guests wishing to keep fit during their stay.
