Mustique island has long been a favorite for honeymoon couples. They appreciate the natural beauty
of the island, its intimate size, such a quiet and restful place to unwind and the opportunity to stay in a lovely residence with a dedicated staff to attend to their needs.
Mustique currently has seven (7) two bedroom villas which are popular
for honeymooners. The weekly tariff is divided into two seasons;
Summer season (May 1st thru November 14th) $4,000 - 7,000 and
Peak season (November 15th - April 30th) $6,000 - 10,000.
Many honeymooners enjoy the second bedroom for afternoon naps.
Included in the weekly rental is the use of a vehicle, usually a mule which
is a fun way to experience the island in the open air. Laundry / ironing
services are gladly handled by the villa staff at no charge.
All villas have a dedicated staff (minimum of three persons);
cook, maid and gardener.
Breakfast in bed or on the verandah is a great way to start their day.
Luncheon is normally served poolside. We also suggest a beach picnic,
which can be arranged and served by the villa staff. Reservations
for a picnic table must be secured in advance thru the Villa Rentals
Department. The Beach Café is another delightful luncheon venue.
Candlelight dinners can be served in the privacy of their villa. The
honeymooners may also choose to have dinner at The Verandah
Restaurant at the Cotton House one evening. Basil's Bar for Jump-Up
on Wednesday evenings and The Firefly for cocktails or a meal are
other social and dining options.
They will be invited to the weekly Tuesday evening cocktail reception
hosted by Mustique Company and held in The Great Room of the hotel.
All guests are warmly greeted at the airport and escorted to their villa
by staff of the Villa Rentals Department. The honeymooners will receive
a welcome drink upon arrival at their villa and a "Congratulations" banner
will greet them at the entrance. A complimentary bottle of chilled champagne will also be offered by The Mustique Company.
If they wish, a bouquet of tropical flowers can be arranged thru our
Activities Director. The staff may also sprinkle flower pedals on their
bed each evening.
Massage services can be arranged for treatments in the privacy of
their villa or appointments can be arranged at the island's spa.
In addition to the fitness centre in the spa building, there is a good selection
of recreation; equestrian, water sports, tennis and a fitness trail. Additionally, we can arrange for day sails to neighboring islands. Sailing is also a great way to view the amazing villas from the water viewpoint.
