Villas are rented on a weekly basis through our Villa Rentals Department or approved suppliers in various countries. There are but two rate seasons; May 1st thru November 14th is considered summer and in many instances, the villa tariff is reduced by 10 to 20%. Peak season commences November 15th thru April 30th. The villa rental fee is inclusion of a Jeep or similar vehicle.
Our villa collection ranges in size from two to nine bedrooms. The tariff is from $4,000 to $48,000 per week. We do, however, have an Estate Collection of villas that do not appear on this Website due to the owners request, ranging in price from $125,000 to $150,000 per week. Dedicated brochures have been created for these estate villas along with detailed fact sheets. Please consult the villa rentals department or one of our approved suppliers for details.
