The Wellness Centre, located at the heart of The Cotton House in Endeavour Bay is a popular part of island life, where you can choose from a range of classes and treatments to enhance your island experience.

The hotel’s organic natural spa offers a range of bespoke luxurious treatments and massages, designed by the holistic spa range ila.

Our professional yoga instructors and personal fitness trainers run a wide range of classes, from yoga and meditation, to personal training and pilates.

And the hotel gym, located beneath the Spa is equipped with a multi-gym, treadmills, stationary bikes, a, star stepper, and free weights, with complimentary access for hotel guests and homeowners.

The Spa


The Cotton House Spa has four treatment rooms and a relaxation room with stunning sea views offering the perfect place to unwind after an indulgent and restorative treatment. Alternatively treatments can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room or villa by arrangement.

A partnership with the award winning organic spa range ila, chosen to showcase Mustique at its blissful healing best, offers a bespoke range of treatments, rituals and soul connections.  Designed exclusively, they draw inspiration from the island’s most potent natural ingredients; the life giving Moringa and Baobab trees; regenerative ylgang ylgang; sweet, revitalising jasmine, and seductive balancing frangipani.

 

Wellness Centre


Sunrise yoga is a must on Mustique. Either on the beach or in the privacy of your own villa.

Charlotte Woolf


A highly qualified fitness professional, Charlotte Woolf has travelled extensively teaching private individuals the art of fitness and wellbeing.  From working in Kenya as a Wildfitness coach where she found her love for tribal movement and yoga, to working in Cardiac rehabilitation in the UK, studying vinyasa and power yoga in USA and Spain, and travelling to Thailand to improve her boxing.

Charlotte’s love for adventure, the ocean and working with athletes eventually led to Director of Health and Fitness at a retreat in St. Vincent and finally to Mustique island. Living her whole life devoted to fitness in some form or another, her passion for a fitness lifestyle has inspired her to create innovative fitness sessions to educate island guests on how to accomplish their own fitness dreams here in paradise.

Charlotte’s training classes include:-

Personal Training, Vinyasa, Restorative, Power and Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, Boxing, Running coaching and companion, Circuit training, Nutrition Management and Consulting, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Beach bootcamp instructor, Tribal movement, Legs, Bums & Tums, Advanced Kettlebell and TRX training, Body Composition Testing and Analysis.

Grant Wolf


Grant has been working as a yoga, swim and fitness instructor for the last 15 years. Prior to this, he created and ran a yoga and retreat program at Rosslyn Bay Resort in Australia.  Versed in a wide range of yoga styles, he co-established and was principal teacher at Yogabc in Sydney for 8 years and held yoga retreats internationally. He also taught regularly at Bondi Gym and The Living Room in Coogee and  teaches internationally in the USA and Australia, as well as a certified meditation instructor for Deepak Chopra.

As an athlete he has competed at national level as a swimmer, surf-lifesaver and springboard and tower diver, with his greatest sporting accomplishment winning the world masters surf-swimming championships in 2010. He is a qualified physical therapist with qualifications in Yoga-therapy, Ayurveda, Sports and Remedial Massage. 

Grant’s training classes include:-

Yoga, pilates, meditation, pilates, safe swimming and surfing skills, snorkelling and kayaking.  Outdoor beach training, and pool training.
