Sunrise yoga is a must on Mustique. Make the most of the fantastic yoga offered on island on the beach or in the privacy of your own villa.

Meet the Team


A highly qualified fitness professional, Charlotte Woolf has travelled extensively privately teaching individuals the art of fitness and wellbeing.  From working in Kenya as a Wildfitness coach where she found her love for tribal movement and yoga, to working in Cardiac rehabilitation in the UK, studying vinyasa and power yoga in USA and Spain, and travelling to Thailand to improve her boxing.

Charlotte’s passion for a fitness lifestyle and love of adventure eventually led to Director of Health and Fitness at a retreat in St. Vincent and finally to Mustique island.

Charlotte’s training classes include:-

Personal Training, Vinyasa, Restorative, Power and Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, Boxing, Running coaching and companion, Circuit training, Nutrition Management and Consulting, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Beach bootcamp instructor, Tribal movement, Legs, Bums & Tums, Advanced Kettlebell and TRX training, Body Composition Testing and Analysis.
