We take our villa hospitality very seriously on Mustique.
Each villa has a dedicated team of chefs, butlers, and housekeepers who take great pride in looking after their villa and their guests and ensure they provide the very best experience whilst on island. Once you have booked your villa your Reservations Agent will contact you to discuss your food and wine preferences and will follow up with provisioning forms to help plan your stay. Whether you like gastronomic cuisine, local Caribbean fare, simple beach picnics or children’s menus we can provide and source anything you may wish.
The villas offer a multitude of dining settings from poolside cabanas to grand dining rooms and candlelit terraces for dining under the stars.
Household staff provide a personal service so if you prefer a late brunch, the children need an early evening supper, or you decide to throw a party for other island guests it can easily be arranged.
The island chefs pride themselves on their native cuisine, but many are professionally trained in other cultures too and love to showcase their skills, from Oriental to European, and beyond.
Your Reservations Agent will contact you once you have booked your villa to discuss your food and wine provisions. Please do advise them as soon as possible of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements.
We like to source our ingredients as locally as possible. Some villas have their own vegetable gardens and fruit orchards, whilst other supplies are sourced from our farm on neighbouring St. Vincent.
We actively promote marine conservation and responsible fishing practises and only buy fresh fish from the local Fish Market.
Wines and spirits are pre-ordered and delivered to your villa prior to arrival. If you need to restock at any point this can be arranged through the island’s local grocery store.
