Travel through Caribbean ports of entry

Entry to St Vincent and the Grenadines:
Currently St. Vincent and the Grenadines have incoming 14 day quarantine in place from all countries. It is only possible to transit to Mustique and quarantine on Mustique by express permission of the Prime Minister and Ministry of Health. Applications for such are only being processed in exceptional cases by the Mustique Company.

Entry to and transit through Barbados:
Currently Grantley Adams international airport is closed to all flights with the exception of government sanctioned outgoing repatriation flights. Transit through from Mustique for those wishing to join these flights is possible for those holding a valid ticket.

Mustique will organise shuttle flights from the island on a demand basis for those wishing to travel. Normal immigration and customs procedures apply.

Entry to and transit through St Lucia:
Currently Hewanorra airport is closed to all international arrivals and only open for departing repatriation flights.

As from June 4th the airport will reopen for US arrivals only and only then for passengers providing compliant travel history and a COVID 19 negative test certificate taken 48 hours or less prior to departure. We are seeking clarity of European passengers transiting through the US from June 4th but currently this is unclear.

Entry and transit through Martinique:
Currently UK residents and residents from some European countries are able to transit through Paris CDG and fly via Air France to Martinique. However there is no exception for passengers arriving from Martinique and 14 day quarantine in St Vincent and the Grenadines is mandatory.

Outlook for commencement of scheduled international flights:
The Caricom nations are in talks to harmonise agreements with international carriers to ensure a contaminant-free corridor between when you leave from your international point of departure and when you arrive. Temperature testing and travel history protocols are already in place.

Ideally governments would want to identify a rapid test which can yield results fairly quickly and accurately.

The likelihood of Mustique being able to operate our own private charter flights direct to Argyll international airport is a strong possibility.
