Flying to Mustique

The island has its own fleet of 18-seater Twin Otter aircraft that shuttle passengers from either St. Lucia or Barbados.

Arrival in St. Lucia or Barbados

If you are travelling through Barbados, you need to complete the Barbados Pre-Arrival Online Registration Form. We have created this Cheat Sheet to guide you through. Please note the form will be available 72 hours prior to your arrival in Barbados. 

If you are travelling through St. Lucia, you need to complete the St. Lucia Pre-Arrival Online Registration Form. Please note you may access the form no more than 72 hours before travel.

Please confirm with your international flight carrier if the immigration form is required to be completed prior to boarding as this varies by carrier.

When you arrive in either airport you will be met by our Meet and Greet representative in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. They will fast-track you through all the formalities and accompany you to the Mustique lounge where you can help yourself to refreshments while waiting for your short hopper to Mustique.

Every effort is made to schedule hopper flights as close to international arrival times as possible. Our goal is to get you to Mustique as quickly as possible, but please be aware that you may have a short wait while we prepare the aircraft, and these times can vary, particularly in peak season.

Please remember, you cannot land in Mustique after sunset therefore your international flight needs to land in Barbados (BGI) or St. Lucia (UVF) before 15h30. Any later than this and we are unable to guarantee a same day arrival on island. If your international flight is delayed, every effort will be made to get you to Mustique on the next available flight but this may mean overnighting in Barbados or St. Lucia or flying to St. Vincent where there may be an option of taking a boat.

We recommend that you travel with a small overnight bag with any essentials including medication and valuables, in case your international flight is delayed. Mustique Company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to late arrival of international carriers.

There are regular services on Virgin Atlantic from London, American Airlines from Miami and Air Canada from Toronto into Argyle International Airport on St. Vincent. The short hop from St. Vincent to Mustique can be arranged through one of our partners, either by private charter or by boat. If you are keen to get on island, the flight takes approximately 7 minutes, or if you are happy to start your holiday with a relaxing drink onboard a catamaran, the sail to Mustique takes about an hour. N.B The Mustique Company will help with logistics as much as we can, but it will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to the late arrival of international carriers.
